Episode 91: The Guilt
The natives had been waiting for them. Screaming, yowling, they rushed at the Earthmen, slitting their own throats at five foot range. Fannia ran up to Donnaught to help him fill the two fuel tanks. Bodies tumbled in front of Fannia, almost tripping him as he ran up. Donnaught caught him by an arm and yanked him straight.
They quickly brought the two fuel tanks next to the cache. Using a tube, they started filling the two fuel tanks. The natives were still rushing in and slitting their throats five feet away. Both Fannia and Donnaught focused on the fuel tanks. The back of their minds kept pushing back the gilt of causing the grusome act.
As soon as the two fuel tanks were filled, they started running for the ship. Except the warriors poured at them from every alley, slithering their own throats as soon as they were within five get range. Donnaught and Fannia soon realized that the native surrounded the entire village. There is no way out.
They rounded a corner into a dark alley. And for once there was no warrior there. But the warriors uproar was getting closer all the time.
