You stumble into town and then to the tavern. There you see the bartender, Kat. She didn't look at you closely at first and asked you if you want a drink.

For some reason, all you can say is "Brrrrains!" She looks at you more closely and screams! You grab her wrist as she faints. Then you casually walk out with her in your arms.
