Episode 840: The Blank Room
Joe awoke to silence. Nothing seemed to be alive except for him. Joe struggled to move as pain shot through his body. Time seemed to stop as he struggled to get up. Finally he managed to get up fully. Darkness seemed to take over everything that it wanted. Stumbling to get out of the bed, he felt the cold isolated floor under his feet. Chills shot through his spine. Something rattled to his left making him spin in what seemed like a circle.
"Who's there?" He managed to say, his voice full of fear.
No reply. Heading away from the noise with his arms outstretched he tried to reach a wall. Finally after falling and stumbling through the darkness he manged to reach what seemed like a door. Placing his head against of he listened for any noise. At first there was silence. Then chains seemed to rattle. Moans echoed in the eerie darkness. Frozen with fear he didn't know what to do.
