Episode 395: the beggining
As the bullets are whizzing by, Joe makes a signal to Chris that: 1) Joe will shoot first; 2) Chris will shoot while Joe reloads. Chris nods in agreement.
Joe gets off the floor on his knees. He shoots blindly out the window. Then he starts to reload. At the same time, Chris gets on his knees and shoots out the window. When it's Joe's turn again, he sees two men run up to the front door. He shoots and takes both of them down.
The shooting stopped. Both Joe and Christ peeked out the window. No one was in sight. No traces of any other car, except the pizza delivery car.
"It's time to go."
"What kinda safe house we running here?" Joe asks with sarcasm.
"Ya, ya. You da man."
They ran out, looking for any possible ambush. But they reached Christ's car without further danger.
After driving a while, the road looked clear and there was no sign of being followed. Chris pulled over at a rundown gas station.
"Don't tell me this is a safe house," snapped Joe.
"No. It's a peeing station. And I need one right now."
Joe gets a funny feeling as he watchs Chris enter the gas station. Joe looks at the side-view mirrors and noticed two men, in black suits, creeping up on both side of the car.
