Vampires, during their youth, possess a certain number of strengths and weaknesses that older vampires don't share. Younger vampires then you are: vulnerable to sunlight, and can't be out there for more than an hour; have a much more manageable blodlust; are affected by religious objects; and can't walk on holy ground. They are able to absorb the memories of people they drink from with practice and can influence the minds of weak willed humans with practice.However, at about the age of 300, vampires will enter a painful metamorphosis which results in vampires changing. After changing, vampires are: immune to sunlight and all forms of religious protection;find it easier to influence the minds of humans; have a stronger thirst for blood; and are much stronger than younger vampires. You suppose that you should be grateful that your age allows you to be in sunlight. However, all vampires are stronger and faster than humans, while having enhanced senses, and their image can't be captured by mirrors or cameras.
