Episode 118: The Kiss
Quickly, you jumped on the second horse. She rode off. You chased. The experience was exhilarating. Soon the two of you were completely out of town, outside an abandoned mine. She jumped off her horse and tied it to the post. You do the same.
Before she walks into the mine, you grab her wrist, pulls her toward you, and kisses her wetly in the mouth. It tastes like black cherry dipped in wine. Her aroma floats smoothly over her tender skin and rushes to your face. You feel her hair brush like silk on your neck. Only the sound of breeze keeps you in the land of reality. You open your eyes to a slit and sees her eyes shut peacefully, enjoying the unexpected union.
You wish this dream will never end. But she ends the kiss. You try for another. She puts her index finger vertically on your mouth. "In due time," she says. She turns swiftly and walks into the mine.
