Tron Legacy - Initiate Sequence
While the "Choose Your Own Adventure" brand of game books are under litigation, Disney releases its own version of the game book based on Tron Legacy. The book is called "Initiate Sequence". Because "Choose Your Own Adventure" is a registered trademark, Disney calls its own version, "It's Your Call".
The Tron Legacy - Initial Sequence book is mainingly based on the Tron Legacy story. In fact, I believe the longest path through this book is to follow the movie story line exactly. However, there are still many side paths that will take your character, Sam Flynn, either to his doom or to victory in a less elaborate manner. In one side path, Sam meets a small child named, Alex. This path of the story actually lets you bring in a companion into the grid for some time before it ends.
Although this game book is based on the movie, it really enhances the movie experience by allowing you to change the story path and have alternative endings. So, if there is any part of the movie you don't like, you have the ability to re-live it and experience it in a different way.
if you have thoroughly like "Choose Your Own Adventures" in the past, don't miss out on this Tron Legacy - Initial Sequence game book. You might enjoy it more by watching the movie your way.
