Cyberoids are giant robots created to build large space travel vessels. But their destruction power is so vast that many factions are using them as war machines. See the Earth 2143 A.D. supplement for more details on cyberoids.

APA Devastator Mk.1 Battle Mecha

While the APA Mecha Warrior has enough fire power to eliminate enemy from a distance, it is no match to 'Khaan Jha'Jhesh Heavy Assault Mecha, which utilizes stealth and hand-to-hand combat. The laser cannon is practically useless once the Jha'Jhesh is within melee range. The APA Mecha Warrior's bare right hand is also powerless against the sharp claws of the Jha'Jhesh.

Therefore, APA created the Devastator Mk.1 Battle Mecha to combat the Jha'Jhesh. The Devastor Mk.1 is much more versatile for short and medium assault. The APA Mecha Warrior, on the other hand, serves as a good long range support cyberoid.

Devastator Mk.1 weapons can be used by the APA Mecha Warrior. However, the bazooka is less useful, considering that the APA Mecha Warrior already has nine laser cannons in its left arm.

Extra Armor

Additional armor plating is available for the Devastator Mk.1 Battle Mecha. The armor plating added additional protection to the chest, arms, and legs. However, the encumberment halfs the full speed. And actions takes twice as long to perform (double the "Actions" necessary).

APA Mecha Warrior

The Arkedine Preservation Army (APA) Mecha Warrior is a full-size cyberoid built purely for military combat purpose. It's right arm has a hand for general purpose use. But it's left arm houses nine laser cannons. Each laser cannon has a 20 second delay between shots, so having nine gives the pilot nine sequential shots before the weapon system has to take a break. Each cannon is capable of firing 25 rounds on a full charge. The design is borrowed from the STF Hover Cycle (see Earth 2143 A.D. supplement).

Jha'Jhesh Heavy Assault Mecha

The Jha'Jhesh Heavy Assault Mecha is the main attacking unit in the 'Khaan army. It is able to move upright along segmented armor plates, or crawl in stealth mode with the assistance of its large claws.

The claws are nog just for mobility, however. Numerous Devastator pilots have fallen victim to their powerful slashing attacks. The blades are an unknown alloy that is vibrated and oscillated at extreme frequencies, enabling them to slice through hardened armor plate with sickening ease.

Mobility segment length is determined by mission and available resources. Minimum load-out is 5 segments plus a tail blade. Up to eleven segments have been reported in combat engagements with upper echelon 'Khaan fores. Additional mobility segments give higher mobility, speed, and combat flexibility to a 'Khaan armor's pilot.

Combat Load-Out: 1) Dual Twin Plasma Cannons on Forearms; 2) Heavy Vibro-Claws; 3) Armored Missile Pods (Vertical Launch); 4) Heavy Vibro-Blade on Tail Segment.

Seeker Droid

Seph, knowing the UNF will do everything to bring Seph back under control, created this automated cyberoid to combat potential threats. The Seeker Droid towers at 50 feet with a spotlight as its head. Two gatling guns mounted to each fore arm can be used to suppress infantry and vehicle advancement. Two artillery cannons on its back can be used to destroy enemy armaments from afar. Artillery strike can be called in by the Cam Droid to hit enemy targets even when there is no direct line of sight.

The Gun

Found on a barren planet, the gun protects the treasure of an ancient civilization that has complete destroyed itself through war. This large automated cannon sits on the surface of the planet, preventing anyone from reaching the unground treasure.

It fires at anything that moves, whether the target is on the ground or in the air. From the planet surface, the cannon is powerful enough to fire out of the atmosphere and destroy any approaching space vessels.
